EUM Ministries ongoing School Supply Drive helps the battered women's shelter in the greater San Antonio area. After our first event, we were really excited and decided to make this an ongoing event. Our goal is to gather enough school supplies to help those staying in the shelter who have school age children. This will decrease the burden of back to shopping for the women in need. 

​

There are a growing number of women that find themselves in our criminal justice system.  Many of the programs in our justice system are tailored for the men.  During my visits with these women, I found that these programs are not fully meeting the needs of women transitioning.  Many women transitioning has difficulties obtaining housing; suffer from low self-esteem; inadequate education; find employers reluctant to give them a job; and difficult relationships with their families.

EUM Ministries is dedicated to promoting change by providing:

• Employment assistance

• Parenting Skills Training
